With more and more basement studios sprouting in every musician's home, will professional music studios become extinct?
This video is by far the best about all the great features of FCP X http://youtu.be/TwF9J1_aYzI Have used the BOSE in a number of gigs. Some performers swear by the sound while other complain that they are not able to hear themselves. Don't know where the truth lies (sic) Personally, as a performer, I have found that it is great to hear what the audience hears. Would like to hear from those who have used it for a carnatic or a hindustani concert. We have great services and expertise to offer but what use is it if the world does not know of our existence! Amongst several services to populate our name on the world wide web, is Thumbtack. We found their service easy to use and produce elegant results. World of a difference in speed on FCP X when I upgraded to 10GB RAM! I am even beginning to like FCP X Read a lot of rave reviews about FCP X before release. When it finally hit the app store, I jumped at it only to realize that my video card didn't have enough horsepower so I upgraded and downloaded FCP X. After about a month of using this, I have mixed feelings. Now, I realize I don't have enough RAM..........seesh! On several occasions, when an opportunity to do something new comes along, I jump in and agree to do the gig, even without arriving at the final price etc. Enthusiasm races ahead of logic. Recently, I had once such experience and I rue the fact that I spent a good number of hours and many gallons of fuel but I am yet to see the color of the guy's money. Should I put this down to experience? I still have hope...... I signed up for the Professional Photographers of America membership. There are lots of benefits and it feels good to be part of a body of professionals. It is a wonder why more folks don't opt for live streaming of their family events. It can so easily be done and viewed in great quality. Yes, there are a couple of ads that pop in and out but so what? A four hour event can be live cast for less than $500 using HD cameras and HD relay. Check this out a www.eightavinc.com |
